Post-Raise Hiring Sprint
Up to 10 hires a quarter for one fixed monthly price, and we keep going until your priority roles are filled.
Summary
For startups that have just raised and need to build fast. A dedicated White Onyx delivery team, led by a senior talent partner and overseen by our founder, runs hiring across multiple roles at once. One fixed monthly price covers up to 10 hires every three months, whether they come from our search, your inbound applicants or your team's referrals. We agree your priority roles at kick-off, and if they aren't filled by the end of the sprint, we keep working at no extra cost. When the sprint ends, you keep a process your team can run.
What This Service Includes
Everything in the Fractional Head of Talent service, plus the capacity to hire at volume, against milestones you can hold us to.
Week One Sign-Off: hiring plan, priority roles and role specs agreed, with scorecards, interview loops and your ATS live straight after.
Shortlists by Week Three: a calibrated shortlist for every priority role, with daily sourcing and screening across all of them at once.
Interviews Running by Week Four: panels scheduled, structured debriefs, and offers negotiated and closed end to end.
One Fixed Price: up to 10 hires every three months, from any source, with additional hires at 10% of first-year salary + VAT.
Our Guarantee: if your priority roles aren't filled by the end of the sprint, we keep working at no extra cost for up to 6 weeks. Subject to client commitments.
