Fractional Head of Talent
A Senior Head of Talent one or two days a week, for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
Summary
A fractional Head of Talent does the job of a senior in-house talent lead, part time. Your monthly retainer covers the role itself: we own your hiring plan, process, tools and pipeline, and run hiring for your key roles. When we source and introduce a candidate you hire, there is a reduced fee of 10% of first-year salary + VAT. Hires from your inbound applicants and your team's referrals are covered by your retainer.
What This Service Includes
Everything a senior in-house talent lead would build and run, delivered one or two days a week.
The Plan: a 12-month hiring plan, plus salary and equity bands, refreshed every quarter.
The Process: scorecards for every role, structured interview stages and rewritten job adverts.
The Tools: your ATS set up and run properly, whether that's Vincere, Bullhorn, Dover, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workable or Personio.
The People: hands-on sourcing, screening, debriefs and offer closing for your hardest roles, with hiring managers trained to assess consistently.
The Visibility: a pipeline report every Friday, monthly hiring metrics and a quarterly plan review.
