Our Sectors
AI, ML & Data
ML, research and data engineers who ship production systems, not just pass interviews.
Overview
AI recruitment for startups across the UK and Europe. You are competing with big labs for the same people, every advert is flooded with AI-written applications, and strong interviewers are not always strong builders. We help you hire ML engineers who ship production systems, with a process that finds signal fast and does not waste your engineers' time.
Roles We Hire
AI and data talent for startups in London, Oxford, Cambridge, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm and Milan.
ML and Applied AI Engineers: people who take models from notebook to production.
Research Engineers and Scientists: for teams pushing the state of the art.
Data and Analytics Engineers: the platforms and pipelines your models depend on.
MLOps and ML Infrastructure Engineers: training, serving and scaling reliably.
Forward-Deployed Engineers and AI Product Leaders: customer-facing engineers, AI product managers and first go-to-market hires.
How We Help You Hire ML Engineers
Scorecards that test for shipping production systems, not just theory. Take-home and pairing exercises designed with your engineers, fair to candidates and quick to score. Compensation and equity positioned against big-lab offers. Sourcing beyond the obvious LinkedIn pool, from open source, research communities and alumni networks. And screening that filters AI-written applications without losing good people.
